How to install the skin for PIMOne.

If the skin name is "Under The Sea", you should follow the steps.

1. Extract the .zip file with zip extractor(E.g. Winzip, etc).

2. Copy the "Under The Sea" directory into the skin sub directory 
   where you installed DiaryOne.(In general, it's
   C:\Program files\PIMOne2\Skins\. So it will be
   C:\Program files\PIMOne2\Skins\Under The Sea\

3. Start PIMOne and select the menu "Tools|Skins" to find the
   menu item named "Under The Sea", then click it.
